Wedding
Invitations
Traditional
wedding invitations are usually on white or ivory paper written
in black ink. Today, most brides & grooms still want the fancy
formal look of a traditional invitation but for others that want
something a bit different - there's choices a plenty
An invitation to your wedding is the first thing your guests will
see therefore it should make an impact and set the tone and theme
of your wedding day.
Your
invitations should include
- The
invitation envelope (first impressions)
- An
invitation (most important)
- A
reception card
- A
response card
- An
envelope for the response card (people need prompting)
- Information
for your guests on where to stay, how to get there, and phone
numbers
- Good
directions with the address of the church and reception
There
are many types of invitations you can have, you could have a wedding
company do it all for you or you could even do them yourself on
your own computer, many software packages these days offer everything
from letterheads to compliment slips.
Always
look for the best for you, don't go somewhere because they are supposed
to be good, have a discussion with them, remember its YOUR big day
not theirs, everything must go smoothly you say what you want ...........
after all, you're paying. |
